Facile Green Synthesis and Characterisation of Gold Nanoparticles using Fenugreek Seeds and Honey

Abstract Gold nanoparticles are frequently employed in a range of biological applications because its versatility biosynthetic pathways and complexation, good biocompatibility ease detection. This study discusses the application green chemistry production gold using fenugreek honey. It nanoparticle characterisation order to investigate structural, morphological, optical characteristics. The mean crystalline size fenugreek-mediated is 12.035nm nm, while honey-mediated almost 42.2225 according XRD analysis. absorption fluorescence spectra correlated well with particle variance that peak positions were observed move as increased. spherical shape particles was shown by SEM TEM analysis, confirmed XRD. EDAX analysis demonstrated sample’s purity. On surface sample, presence functional group distinctive peaks NPs FT-IR FT-Raman indicating high potential for hyperthermia treatment, biomarkers, cancer diagnostics.
